• Determines how the values in the field will be displayed.
• Overflow will allow the text to extend beyond the length of the field.
  Adjust to Cell will cut off the information to the assigned length of the field

 While using print preview for a report you may find that the text is too small to see on the screen. You can control the size of the font by changing a setting in the Print Layout Designer.
