Price After Discount = 13.10
if Qty = 10
than Total = 130.95
but we want TOTAL = 13.10
what will be setting for getting this result?
This is correct. The discount is being applied not to each item, but to the total. In order to have the discount calculate properly, you would have to create a quantity discount through Price Lists.

You need to check your decimal setting ..System intilisation >General setting >Display ..
Test with increasing decimal number ..
Note: Once you change it to higher , you cannot bring it lower decimal setting
