Print Preview Size - PLD

 While using print preview for a report you may find that the text is too small to see on the screen. You can control the size of the font by changing a setting in the Print Layout Designer.

If you have access, click on the pencil icon at the top of the screen. Select the appropriate report, and wait for the Print Layout Designer to open. Go to the Print Layout designer drop down menu at the top of the screen. Select document properties and the window above will be displayed. Click on theFormat tab.

Note the value in the Change Size in field under the Preview Printing Layout. It is probably set to -1 (unlike the value above). Change the value to something like 1 or 2, anything larger would probably be too big for a preview. The Click OK (or update) and save the layout. Now try out!

Note: The size is only for previewing a certain document and will not affect the size of the font on the printed report.
