Create a Delivery Note with batch details per line

I'm doing a Printing Layout for Delivery Note but my client wants to show all the batch details per line..
For example:
ProductX  Batch1111
ProductX Batch 2222
ProductY Batch9999
In few words he wants the details about  each batch per line without group by product. He wants the product repeated as much as batchs are in the Delivery Note.
I know that Business One Create a Field called Batch and it has all the batchs in a group.. But they need it per line..
I would be glad for your help..

Perhaps the easiest approach to this would be to use a User Defined Field and Formatted search to first select the available Batches per line and then upon Add select those same Batches from the Batch Selector.
